Once connected, BauGPT Pro reads your PlanRadar projects and tickets live: you can search for a project in chat, or ask about a specific project's defects and tasks, including status, priority, assignee and due date. The connection is read-only — BauGPT never changes or creates entries in PlanRadar. You connect using a Personal Access Token from your PlanRadar account; this requires a PlanRadar Pro or Enterprise plan.

What this integration does

• Find projects in chat

  Ask the assistant about a PlanRadar project and it searches your project list directly.

• Look up defects and tasks

  For a given project, you can query tickets with number, status, priority, assignee and due date — including by keyword.

• Always current data

  BauGPT fetches data directly from PlanRadar with every question — there is no separate sync step.

• Personal access token

  You connect your own PlanRadar account with a token — no IT approval or OAuth redirect needed.

How to set it up

   In PlanRadar, generate a new access token under Settings → Profile → Personal Access Token and copy it (it is only shown once). This requires the "API Access" permission and a PlanRadar Pro or Enterprise plan.

   Note your PlanRadar Customer ID: the number in the address bar while you are signed in to PlanRadar (e.g. planradar.com/dr/1234567/…).

   Connect PlanRadar in BauGPT Pro under Settings → Integrations using your token and your Customer ID.

FAQ

Where do I find my PlanRadar Customer ID?

Sign in to PlanRadar in your browser: the Customer ID is the number in the address bar, e.g. 1234567 in planradar.com/dr/1234567/projects_list.

Do I need a specific PlanRadar plan?

Yes. Personal Access Tokens are only available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, and you need the "API Access" permission in your PlanRadar account.

Can my token see projects I don't have access to in PlanRadar?

No. A Personal Access Token inherits exactly the role and permissions of the person who created it — so BauGPT only sees what you can already see in PlanRadar.

Can BauGPT change data in PlanRadar?

No. The integration is read-only — BauGPT retrieves projects and tickets but never writes or changes anything there.

Does BauGPT count against my PlanRadar account's API limit?

PlanRadar allows 30 API requests per minute for the whole account. BauGPT deliberately stays below that and briefly caches responses, so your other PlanRadar connections keep working.
