How to set it up

In BauGPT Pro open Settings → Integrations and choose "Connect SharePoint".

Enter the tenant ID, client ID and client secret of your Azure app registration (guide in the docs).

Test the connection and select the sites and libraries to sync.

The first sync starts automatically. After that, delta sync keeps everything current.

- Which permissions does the Azure app need?
- Read access to the selected SharePoint sites via Microsoft Graph (Sites.Read.All or Sites.Selected). For export, additionally write access to the target library.
- Are my documents used to train AI models?
- No. Synced documents are indexed exclusively for your company and processed GDPR-compliant in the EU.
- How fast do SharePoint changes appear in BauGPT?
- Via webhooks and delta sync, typically within a few minutes.
- Which plan includes the SharePoint integration?
- In the BauGPT Pro Business plan. Admins set up the connection in Settings.
