The connection is strictly personal: each person connects their own inbox, and there is no company-wide access to other people's mailboxes.

How to set it up

In BauGPT Pro open Settings → Integrations and choose "Connect Outlook".

Confirm the request in the Microsoft OAuth dialog with your Microsoft account.

Select which content in your inbox should be usable by BauGPT.

- Who can see my emails?
- Only you. The connection is per-user. Colleagues and admins do not gain access to your inbox through it.
- Are my emails used to train AI models?
- No. Your emails are processed exclusively to answer your own requests.
- Can I disconnect at any time?
- Yes, you can disconnect Outlook at any time in Settings.
- Which plan includes the Outlook integration?
- In the BauGPT Pro Business plan. The feature is currently being rolled out gradually.
