Will BauGPT be able to change data in Bluebeam?

No. The integration is deliberately planned as read-only — BauGPT will retrieve data from Bluebeam but never write or change anything there.

What Bluebeam data will I be able to query?

At launch: Studio sessions, Studio projects and the files inside them. Markups, takeoffs and files inside individual sessions aren't connected yet — that's planned for a later version.

Will the integration work for every Bluebeam account worldwide?

At launch we'll only support Bluebeam accounts on the DE Studio region. Bluebeam runs several regional servers (including the US, UK and Australia); accounts outside the DE region won't be connectable initially.

Which Bluebeam plan will I need?

You'll need an active Bluebeam Core, Complete or Max plan. The Basics plan won't be sufficient for this integration.

Bluebeam Revu

The Bluebeam integration will connect your Bluebeam Studio account live to the BauGPT assistant, so you can look up Studio sessions, projects and project files directly in chat.

Once the integration launches, the BauGPT assistant will read live from your Bluebeam Studio account: it will be able to list and search Studio sessions and projects, and — for a given project — look up the files stored in it. The connection is planned as strictly read-only — BauGPT will never change or write data back to Bluebeam. This first version won't yet search markups, takeoffs, or individual session files; that's planned for a later stage. Important: Bluebeam runs several separate regional servers — at launch we'll only support accounts on the DE Studio region, and you'll need an active Bluebeam Core, Complete or Max plan (the Basics plan is not sufficient).

What this integration does

Find Studio sessions in chat
You will be able to ask the assistant about a session and it will search your Bluebeam Studio sessions directly.
Search Studio projects
Your Bluebeam Studio projects will be findable by name in chat.
Look up project files
For a given Studio project, BauGPT will be able to look up the files stored in it.

How to set it up

Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the Bluebeam integration is available.

Once available, you'll open Settings → Integrations in BauGPT Pro and choose "Connect Bluebeam".

You'll sign in in the Bluebeam login window (BBID) and authorize BauGPT — provided you have an active Core, Complete or Max plan.
