Vertec is Switzerland's CRM/ERP software for architecture, engineering and professional-services firms — the integration will connect your personal Vertec API token live to BauGPT Pro's chat.
Visit Vertec websiteOnce the integration launches, you will connect your personal Vertec API token and your Vertec instance's server URL (Cloud Abo or your own server) to BauGPT Pro in a few minutes. In chat you will then be able to ask directly about projects, phases, invoices, contacts and activities from Vertec. The connection is planned as read-only — BauGPT will never change, create or delete data in Vertec.

You will be able to ask about a Vertec project by name — BauGPT pulls the details live.
Look up project phases
Project phases (e.g. SIA/HOAI-style) from Vertec will be findable directly in chat.
Find invoices
BauGPT will be able to find invoices from Vertec directly in chat, without switching apps.
Search contacts
You will be able to search customers, suppliers or staff from your Vertec addresses.
Activities and journal entries
Activities logged in Vertec will be findable via AI search in chat.
How to set it up

Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the integration is available.

Once available, you'll generate an API token on your Vertec user's "Weitere Info" page (this needs administrator rights or explicit write permission on "Projektbearbeiter.ApiToken") — the token is shown only once, so copy it right away.

You enter the API token and your Vertec instance's server URL in BauGPT Pro under Settings → Integrations → Vertec.
