The QuickBooks integration will connect invoices, customers, estimates and bills from QuickBooks Online to BauGPT Pro's AI assistant via a secure, read-only OAuth connection.

Once the integration launches, you connect your QuickBooks account through the regular Intuit sign-in (OAuth, scope "com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting") — the integration is built to make only read-only (GET) requests and will never create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks. In chat, your team will be able to look up and summarize invoices, customers (including the sub-customers many contractors use as "jobs" for project cost tracking), estimates, and vendor bills.

Open balances, due dates and invoice amounts from QuickBooks will be queryable directly in chat.
Search customers and jobs
Customers and the sub-customers QuickBooks uses as "jobs" will be searchable by AI — useful for tracing project costs.
View estimates
Estimates from QuickBooks will be lookup-able in chat without opening QuickBooks separately.
Search vendor bills
Vendor bills (accounts payable) from QuickBooks will be findable through AI search.

- Will BauGPT be able to change data in QuickBooks?
- No. BauGPT will only ever read data from QuickBooks — the integration is built to make read-only (GET) requests and will never create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks.
- Will payroll data be shown too?
- No. QuickBooks Payroll data is largely not exposed through QuickBooks' public API, and this integration won't read it.
- Do I need my own QuickBooks account?
- Yes, an existing QuickBooks Online account for your company (currently relevant for US customers — QuickBooks Online no longer has a German edition).
- How do I get early access?
