The Dalux integration will connect your on-site field and defect management from Dalux Field and your document space from Dalux Box with BauGPT Pro's AI assistant — read-only, right inside chat.
Visit Dalux websiteOnce the integration launches, BauGPT Pro will pull projects, tasks/defects/safety issues, forms/checklists and Dalux Box document metadata, so you can ask directly in chat what's open or which document you're looking for. The connection is planned as strictly read-only — BauGPT will never write anything back to Dalux, and it will not query BIM model data either. Dalux's API must first be activated for your company profile by your Dalux Customer Success Manager (CSM); no key will connect without that activation.

Look up projects in chat
You will be able to ask BauGPT directly about projects in your Dalux company profile without switching apps.
Tasks, defects and safety issues
Tasks, approvals, safety issues and safety observations from Dalux Field will be retrievable in BauGPT chat.
Forms and checklists
Safety, holdpoint and simple forms from a project will be available to look up directly in chat.
Find documents in Dalux Box
BauGPT will be able to search file areas and document metadata (name, type, last modified) in Dalux Box — file content itself will not be retrieved.
How to set it up

Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the integration is available.

Already now, ask your Dalux Customer Success Manager or support@dalux.com to activate API access for your company profile — no key will work without this activation.

Once available, you'll create a personal API key in Dalux under Company Settings → API identities.

You'll then connect Dalux in BauGPT Pro under Settings → Integrations using the API key and — if Dalux support gave you a different one — the base URL.

- When is the Dalux integration coming?
- It's launching shortly. Join the waitlist to be notified.
- Do I need my own Dalux account?
- Yes — you will need an existing Dalux account for your company with API access enabled.
- What if API access isn't activated for us yet?
- Then a connection won't be possible yet. Contact your Dalux Customer Success Manager or support@dalux.com and ask for API access to be activated for your company profile — ideally before the integration launches.
- Will BauGPT be able to search BIM models or write data back to Dalux?
- No to both. The connection is deliberately planned as read-only and will only retrieve projects, tasks, forms and document metadata — 3D model or geometry data is not part of the integration, and BauGPT will never change anything in Dalux.
- How do I get early access?
- Join the waitlist, and we'll let you know as soon as early access becomes available.
