The Procore integration will connect your Procore company live to the BauGPT assistant, so you can look up projects, RFIs, submittals and punch items directly in chat.

The connection is planned as read-only; BauGPT will never change or write data in Procore.

Where possible, results are planned to link to the matching view in Procore so you can continue working there.
How to set it up

Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the integration is available.

Once available, you'll connect Procore in Settings with a few clicks via Procore's own sign-in.

BauGPT will then connect to the first Procore company you have access to. If you belong to multiple Procore companies, choosing between them isn't planned for the initial launch.

- When is the Procore integration coming?
- It's launching shortly. Join the waitlist to be notified.
- Will BauGPT be able to change data in Procore?
- No. The integration is planned as read-only — BauGPT will retrieve data from Procore but never write or change anything there.
- Do I need my own Procore account?
- Yes. You will sign in with your existing Procore account; your Procore company will need to have authorized BauGPT as an app.
- Will there be rate limits on retrieval?
- Procore caps API access at 3,600 requests per hour per connection. BauGPT will additionally throttle requests locally so this limit isn't hit.
- How do I get early access?
- Join the waitlist, and we'll let you know as soon as early access becomes available.
