The integration will connect your Levelset account read-only to BauGPT Pro chat, so you can look up US projects, contacts, deadlines and invoices directly in chat.
Visit Levelset websiteLevelset (part of Procore) is a US construction-payments and lien-rights platform. Access won't be self-service: Levelset only issues API credentials after a manual review by the Levelset team — there is no public developer portal for self-registration. Once connected, the BauGPT assistant will read live from your Levelset account: it will be able to search projects and contacts, and — for a given project — look up upcoming deadlines (e.g. preliminary notice or lien deadlines) and invoices. Every result will link back to the matching Levelset view. The connection will be read-only — BauGPT will never change or write data in Levelset.

A project's invoices, including status, will be retrievable directly in chat.
Direct links back to Levelset
Every result will link to the matching view in Levelset so you can continue working there.
How to set it up

Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the integration is available.

Once available, you'll open Settings → Integrations in BauGPT Pro and choose "Connect Levelset".

You'll sign in in the Levelset login window with your existing Levelset account and authorize BauGPT — the connection will be active immediately after.

FAQ
- When is the Levelset integration coming?
- It's planned, but has a prerequisite outside our control: Levelset only issues API credentials after a manual review by the Levelset team — there is no self-registration. Join the waitlist to be notified.
- Can I self-register for the Levelset integration?
- No. New Levelset API access is granted only after contacting the Levelset team and a manual review — a process on our side, not something you do yourself per connection.
- Will BauGPT be able to change data in Levelset?
- No. The integration will be read-only — BauGPT will retrieve data from Levelset but never write or change anything there.
- Which market is the Levelset integration for?
- Levelset models US mechanics-lien law and will only be relevant for projects in the United States.
- How reliable will this connection be since Procore acquired Levelset?
- Levelset's standalone API shows no visible development since Procore's acquisition of Levelset. It works today, but we can't guarantee Levelset/Procore will keep it running long-term. If you already use Procore, also consider the Procore integration as an alternative.
- Will there be rate limits on retrieval?
- Levelset caps API access at 100 requests per minute per connection. BauGPT will additionally throttle requests locally so this limit isn't hit.
