Once the integration launches, you will connect your existing 123erfasst account (email and password) to BauGPT Pro in a few minutes. In chat you will then be able to ask directly about projects, recorded times, tickets (defects), site diary entries and photo documentation from 123erfasst. The connection is planned as read-only; BauGPT will never change, create or delete data in 123erfasst.

What this integration does

• Look up projects in chat

  Once live, BauGPT will pull the name and status of your 123erfasst construction sites directly in chat.

• Search recorded times

  Recorded working times for a project will be findable directly in chat.

• Look up defects and tickets

  Tickets for a project — title and status — will be queryable in chat.

• Site diary in chat

  Site diary entries will become searchable in BauGPT chat.

• Look up photo documentation

  BauGPT will be able to find captions and dates for photos linked to a project.

How to set it up

   Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the 123erfasst integration is available — no separate API key will be needed, the integration uses your normal 123erfasst login (email and password).

   Once available, you'll open Settings → Integrations → 123erfasst in BauGPT Pro and enter your email and password.

Yes, an existing 123erfasst account will be required.

Will I need a separate API key?

No. The 123erfasst API uses the same email and password as the normal login — according to 123erfasst, the API is included even in the free tier.

Will BauGPT be able to change data in 123erfasst?

No. The integration is planned as read-only — BauGPT will retrieve data from 123erfasst but never write, change or delete anything there.

How do I get early access?
