RIB iTWO

RIB iTWO is an end-to-end 5D construction platform for tendering, estimation and model-based project control. The integration will connect it to BauGPT Pro's AI assistant.

Once launched, BauGPT Pro will pull tender specs, tenders and cost data as well as GAEB/ÖNORM tendering documents from RIB iTWO, so you can research and ask about bids, quantities and costs in chat. Conversely, BauGPT will be able to return AI-generated tender text.

What this integration does

Tender-spec and tender sync
Tender specs and tenders from the GAEB tendering workflow will be searchable in BauGPT.
Cost and estimation queries
You will be able to ask about estimation assumptions and variants of the alphanumeric cost calculation directly in chat.
5D model data in chat
Quantities, costs and schedules from the 5D BIM model will be queryable via AI.
AI text drafts for tendering
BauGPT will be able to draft tender text and return it to RIB iTWO for further processing.
