Once launched, BauGPT Pro will pull projects, address-book entries and users from your NOVA AVA account, so you can ask in chat which projects are running or who holds which role on the team. The connection is planned as strictly read-only — BauGPT will never write anything back to NOVA AVA. Bills of quantities, cost data and BIM takeoffs stay part of NOVA AVA's own GAEB import/export and will not be retrievable through this integration.

How to set it up

Join the waitlist to be notified as soon as the integration is available.

Once available, you'll create a new API credential in NOVA AVA under Administration → Settings → System → External Services and note down your account's Client ID, Client Secret and Tenant (account permalink).

You enter your Client ID, Client Secret and Tenant in BauGPT Pro under Settings → Integrations → NOVA AVA to establish the connection.

- When is the NOVA AVA integration coming?

- Will I be able to retrieve bills of quantities or cost data in chat?
- No. The integration will retrieve projects, address-book entries and users. Bills of quantities and cost data will stay part of NOVA AVA's own GAEB import/export.
- Will I need my own NOVA AVA account?
- Yes — you will need an existing NOVA AVA account for your company, plus a self-created API credential (Administration → Settings → System → External Services).
- Will BauGPT be able to write data back to NOVA AVA?
- No. The connection is deliberately planned as read-only — BauGPT will retrieve data from NOVA AVA but never change anything there.
- How do I get early access?
- Join the waitlist, and we'll let you know as soon as early access becomes available.
