Your mission with us:

• Keep an eye on consumables, furniture, and spare parts—you spot what’s missing early and make sure reorders happen smoothly.
• Keep the warehouse organized, checked, and moving—from goods receipt and proper storage to regular damage inspections.
• Escort subcontractors on-site, coordinate their tasks, and be the go-to person for daily operations.
• Document all stock movements and inventory directly and carefully in the ERP system to keep things transparent.
• Handle complaints with a solution-oriented mindset to make sure issues are fixed quickly and professionally.
• Take charge of furniture stock and warehouse inventory—acting as a conscientious inventory officer who keeps things tidy.
• Stick to processes, quality, and safety standards—because precision and reliability are the keys to your success.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training in warehouse or logistics—alternatively, a background in crafts or technology.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus) and a solid handle on MS Office.
• A technical understanding of drawings and how warehouse logistics work as a system.
• Ideally, a forklift license.
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working—even when things get hectic.
• A team player with a "get-it-done" attitude—no excuses, just solutions.
• Clear communication—very good German and solid English (at least B2 level).
