Dispatcher/Office Clerk (m/f/d) starting now in Hamburg

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Dispatcher/Office Clerk (m/f/d) to start right away in Hamburg.

YOUR TASKS

• Making sure the assigned service techs and subcontractors are deployed smoothly and efficiently
• Keeping an eye on customer deadlines, including signing off in internal and external portals
• Organizing maintenance, project, and monitoring center appointments on time
• Handling gas station malfunctions, plus creating quotes and outgoing invoices for customers
• Dealing with complaints and warranty claims
• Checking quotes and hiring certified partner companies
• Processing and checking performance records, including planning vacation and training for the service techs
• Entering quantitative and qualitative data into the relevant databases (ERP system)
• Handling incoming supplier invoices for materials and services
• Working effectively within the regional team

YOUR PROFILE

• Expertise: You've finished technical or commercial training
• Experience: You already have work experience in the relevant field, ideally in dispatching service technicians
• Computer skills: You're great with MS Office and know your way around an ERP system
• Skills: A real talent for organizing, a communicative service mindset, and you're a team player
