Warehouse Clerk / Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) - Day Shift

We’re looking for a Warehouse Clerk / Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) for the day shift on behalf of our client.

Your Mission:

• Keep an eye on supplies, furniture, and spare parts – you spot what’s missing early and make sure reorders happen smoothly.
• Keep the warehouse organized and moving – from receiving goods and proper storage to regular damage checks.
• Escort subcontractors on-site, coordinate their work, and be the go-to person for daily operations.
• Log all stock movements and inventory directly into the ERP system to keep everything transparent and traceable.
• Handle complaints with a solution-oriented mindset to get things fixed quickly and professionally.
• Take charge of furniture and inventory – acting as the reliable point person for stocktakes and general order.
• Stick to processes, quality standards, and safety rules – because precision and reliability are the keys to your success.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completed training in warehousing or logistics – or a background in a technical/manual trade.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus) and a solid handle on MS Office.
• A technical understanding of drawings and how warehouse logistics work as a system.
• Ideally, a forklift license.
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working – even when things get hectic.
• A team-player attitude with a "get it done" mindset – solutions, not excuses.
• Clear communication – very good German and solid English (at least B2).
