
Field Sales Representative (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Your mission with us:
- You'll take care of existing customers with professional support and specifically develop the collaboration further
- You'll actively build new customer relationships in your own sales territory and systematically strengthen the market position
- You'll handle contract negotiations confidently and find solutions that create value for both sides
- By analyzing the market and competition, you'll steer your activities purposefully and always keep an eye on your KPIs and any deviations
- You'll contribute fresh ideas to the development of tools, standards, and marketing campaigns to strengthen the region
- You'll advise decision-makers in tenders competently, solution-oriented, and reliably
- Together with the back office and project team, you'll ensure tailor-made offers, tenders, and smooth project handovers
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in construction or engineering, or a technical/commercial background with a focus on sales
- You already have experience in field sales, preferably in a consulting-intensive B2B environment
- Acquisition is your thing – you enjoy reaching out to people and building trusting relationships
- With your knowledge of construction processes, you can talk shop at eye level
- A confident appearance, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness set you apart
- Plus, you have very good German skills, solid English (B2), and work confidently with MS Office and digital tools
