Site Manager Energy Supply m/f/d

Profile:

• Completed studies (Diploma / Bachelor / Master) in civil engineering with a focus on civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, or pipeline construction, alternatively a qualification as a master craftsman / technician m/f/d
• At least three years of experience as a project manager / master craftsman m/f/d with experience in civil engineering / pipeline construction / electrical engineering
• Knowledge in contract law, occupational safety, and quality management is an advantage
• Experience with MS Office and SAP
• Charismatic leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of economic and technical contexts

Tasks:

• Disciplinary leadership of the team consisting of base, project, and construction management as well as assembly personnel
• Responsibility for the use of materials, subcontractors, management of the vehicle fleet and equipment, and investment planning
• Independent handling of projects in civil engineering and underground pipeline construction as well as framework contracts with industrial clients and municipal clients
• Responsibility for meeting project goals and budgets
• Acquisition of new customers and support of the existing customer base, including preparing offers and price negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards in occupational safety and work quality
