• Service Technician Gas / Gas Installer / Gas Leak Detector m/f/d
• Profile:
  • Completed training as a gas and water installer / gas technician / gas leak detector / plant mechanic m/f/d or career changer m/f/d with technical interest and experience in a manual trade
  • Technical understanding, good MS Office skills, and familiarity with IT devices
  • Class B driver's license required and willingness to travel regionally is desirable
  • Independent, committed, and motivated work style, as well as reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
• Tasks:
  • You will handle the commissioning of new systems and the installation, dismantling, or replacement of gas and water meters and regulators for energy supply companies and municipal utilities
  • Independently carry out installations and maintenance work in industrial, commercial, and residential connection areas
  • You analyze malfunctions, take immediate action, and repair systems and system components, even when working on gas lines with uncontrolled gas leaks
  • Additionally, you inspect fittings and valve groups through maintenance and functional tests and check gas pipe networks for public network operators and industrial companies
  • You locate and classify leaks in the gas network and create the associated documentation according to the technical regulations of the DVGW
