Project Manager Service Gas m/f/d

Profile:

• Completed training in heating/sanitary/maintenance with a master or technician qualification or a degree focusing on supply technology/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering
• Professional experience as a project manager m/f/d, in a coordinating role is desirable or the confidence to grow into this role
• Good MS Office skills and a Class B driver's license
• Independent and committed work style, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork and achieving your project goals together

Tasks:

• You oversee projects in the maintenance and construction of gas networks and systems, including monitoring, controlling, and billing
• Additionally, you handle offer calculations, create amendments, and conduct price negotiations with customers and subcontractors
• You coordinate the scheduling of personnel, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution
• You are also the contact person for our existing customers and expand our customer base through targeted acquisition
• You analyze project completions through post-calculations, ensuring the quality and profitability of construction projects
