What you will do with us

Your Mix:
✅ Home Office: Strategic planning and coordination of heat pump projects.
✅ On the Road: You'll visit our teams and construction sites (travel readiness required – sometimes intense, then relaxed from home).
Your Tasks:
- Coordination and management of test construction sites in the heat pump sector
- Collecting, analyzing, and preparing feedback from operations
- Developing and implementing measures to increase the productivity of assembly teams
- Optimizing assembly organization as well as cost and process efficiency
- Ensuring and further developing structured documentation processes
What You Bring:
- Completed HVAC training
- Work experience in the heat pump sector
- High organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability
- Driver's license class B
- Willingness to travel for regular site and team visits
