Your Responsibilities

For the further professionalization and sustainable growth of K+T Infrastruktur GmbH, we are looking for you as Head of Construction Execution (m/f/d) with clear operational responsibility and a high presence in the project business.

K+T Infrastruktur GmbH is part of the vitronet Group and realizes demanding projects in cable civil engineering as well as in the expansion of fiber optic and energy infrastructures.

• You take over operational responsibility for construction execution in your region
• You take over disciplinary leadership of the site managers in your region and are responsible for their deployment and performance in daily business
• You ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective implementation of our construction projects
• You coordinate several ongoing construction sites in parallel and keep an eye on construction progress
• You manage the use of subcontractors, crews, and equipment in daily business
• You recognize deviations early on and ensure pragmatic and solution-oriented implementation on site
• You are the central contact person for customers, clients, and construction partners on the construction site
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards
• You work closely with internal interfaces and ensure smooth processes on the construction site

Your Skills

• You have a degree in civil engineering, further training as a master road builder, or a comparable, practical qualification in civil engineering
• You bring several years of experience in operational site management in civil engineering / fiber optic expansion
• You have managed several construction sites at the same time and are used to keeping an overview during ongoing operations
• You know how to work with subcontractors, crews, and foremen from practical experience
• You are confident with construction processes, technical regulations, and the organization of construction sites
• You make decisions pragmatically and implement them directly on the construction site
• You like being on site, tackle issues, and remain solution-oriented even when faced with challenges
• You bring the necessary willingness to travel within Thuringia and Saxony
