Your mission with us:
- Keep track of consumables, furniture, and spare parts – you spot when something's missing early and ensure smooth reordering
- Maintain order, control, and movement in the warehouse – from goods receipt to proper storage and regular damage checks
- Accompany subcontractors on site, coordinate their activities, and be a reliable contact in daily operations
- Document all goods movements and inventories directly and carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency and traceability
- Handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Take responsibility for the furniture stock and warehouse inventory – as a conscientious inventory officer (m/f/d) who ensures order and oversight
- Consistently adhere to processes, quality, and safety standards – because precision, reliability, and diligence are the foundation of your success
What you bring:
- Completed training in warehousing or logistics – alternatively, a technical-craft background
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision is a plus) and proficiency with MS Office
- Technical understanding of drawings and warehouse processes as a logical system
- Ideally, a forklift license
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style – even in hectic situations
- Team player with a hands-on mentality – no excuses, just solutions
- Clear communication – excellent German skills, solid English skills (at least B2)
