Estimator for Civil Engineering / Road Construction / Pipeline Construction m/f/d

Profile:

• Qualification as a technician / master m/f/d in road construction / civil engineering / pipeline construction, alternatively a degree in industrial engineering / civil engineering
• At least initial professional experience in the calculation or execution of construction projects required, as well as solid knowledge of construction-specific contracts desirable
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an affinity for calculation programs and numbers, as well as an interest in creating something new through participation in construction projects
• Independent and structured personality with very good German skills (at least Level B2)
• Class B driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel for work in the region

Tasks:

• Independently preparing tender documents and calculations for infrastructure projects in the field of civil engineering and road construction as well as pipeline construction
• Coordinating with site managers on awarded contracts and assisting with post-calculation
• Conducting price negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Obtaining material offers, preparing orders, and carrying out material purchases
