Estimator (m/f/d) in Civil and Road Construction

• Completed studies in civil engineering or training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification through further education
• Several years of professional experience in estimation, construction, and project management or similar positions are a plus
• Proficient in using common IT systems
• Knowledge of a calculation program, ideally RIB-iTWO
• Focused and analytical work style
• Above-average commitment and the ability to work well in a team complete your profile

Your Role with Us

• Independent estimation of regional projects
• Creating estimates and proposals for small to large projects, focusing on sewer, civil, and road construction (reviewing tender documents and quantities, identifying opportunities and risks)
• Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor services
• Clear documentation of all estimation steps
• Developing alternatives and special proposals
• Maintaining standard calculation data
• Close coordination with group and department management
• Preparing and handing over the working calculation AK0
• Supporting ongoing projects and creating addendums
• Mobile work/home office possible
• Work location can be Erfurt, Arnstadt, or Nordhausen
