What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You will independently manage and oversee construction projects in the field of civil engineering
- You are responsible for managing the offer and execution planning
- You will lead the construction site personnel
- You are responsible for the construction site billing
- You are in charge of change order management
- You are responsible for cost control
- What we rely on
- Completed studies in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma)
- Relevant experience in construction management is desirable
- Relevant experience with projects involving Deutsche Bahn
- Strong affinity for cost estimation
- Proficient in general IT applications, especially ARRIBA / RIB ITWO
- Willingness to work on projects outside the local area
- Independent, success-oriented work style
- Persuasiveness
