What Matters to Us

• Independent site management and responsible handling of construction projects
• Participation in offer processing, calculation, and work preparation for construction projects
• Regular information and coordination with group or department management on all essential technical and personnel-related tasks or issues
• Creating work calculations for the construction project
• Cost-effective and timely procurement of necessary equipment, machines, and materials according to corporate guidelines
• Coordination and supervision of the deployment of specialist engineers, consultants, personnel, and subcontractors
• Monitoring the construction process and conducting site result checks
• Billing using computer software
• Checking invoices from suppliers/subcontractors
• Independent execution/advice/negotiation with the client on construction execution matters

Your Contribution to Us

• Completed studies in civil engineering or completed technical construction training
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• User knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, committed, and motivated work style
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Fluent in German
• Driver's license class B
