  • Electrical Construction Manager m/f/d
  • Profile:
    • Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., Electrician / Electronics Technician m/f/d) with a master craftsman or technician qualification or a degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering / Energy Supply)
    • Initial work experience as a Construction Manager m/f/d, in a coordinating role is desirable or the confidence to grow into this role
    • Good MS Office skills and a Class B driver's license
    • Independent and committed work style, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork and achieving your project goals together
  • Tasks:
    • You take responsibility for the construction projects assigned to you from planning to completion, ensuring an economical, professional, and timely execution of your orders
    • For personnel planning and coordination of equipment and material deployment on your construction sites, you conduct coordination meetings with all project participants to ensure a smooth process
    • You take on the economic-technical management and organization of the construction projects, coordinate your team, and manage and control suppliers and subcontractors in all construction phases
    • Additionally, you actively drive optimizations and ensure that necessary processes and guidelines, especially in the areas of HSEQ and occupational safety, are adhered to during construction execution
