What Matters to Us

• Completed studies in civil engineering or training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification through further education
• Several years of professional experience in estimation, construction, and project management or similar positions are a plus
• Proficient in using common IT systems
• Knowledge of a calculation program, ideally RIB-iTWO
• Focused and analytical work style
• Above-average commitment and the ability to work well in a team complete your profile
• Driver's license
• Fluent in German (at least C1)

Your Role with Us

• Project preparation during the bidding phase
• Support for construction management from a technical and economic perspective
• Creation and updating of construction schedules (timelines, detailed and overall planning) for planning and optimizing construction processes
• Development of site setup, construction logistics, and equipment concepts
• Conducting quantity and performance assessments
• Support for ongoing projects and preparation of addendums
• Mobile work/home office possible
