What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Telecommunications Technician (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
A leading construction company is expanding its team in Northern Germany and is looking for a Telecommunications Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. You’ll be working outdoors year-round.

- Installing telecommunications joints/sleeves
- Troubleshooting telecom networks
- Analyzing measurement data from cable monitoring
- Documenting completed projects
- Maintenance work on cable entries and compressed air systems
- Briefing external contractors and overseeing safety measures
What you bring to the table:
Your Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Telecommunications Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Communication Electronics Technician, or something similar
- Initial professional experience is a plus
- A reliable and independent way of working
- Motivation and a customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to keep learning and stay up to date
What our client offers:

- Working Hours: Usually 40 hours a week, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (and you’re off by 1:30 PM on Fridays!). Overtime goes into a time account. Depending on where you live, there might be some short-term travel for jobs (1-4 days).
- Vacation: 30 days of leave based on a 5-day week. You can also adjust your schedule with 4 plus and 6 minus days via salary conversion.
- Growth: Regular team catch-ups, seminars, and product training. The client provides plenty of opportunities for personal development.
- Going Digital: Hours, vacation requests, and tool management are all handled via an app. Most company communication happens through a messenger service.
