Details about the role and requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Tendering of structural work for our turnkey construction projects: You will prepare tenders for structural labor services and formwork work, and work alongside your colleagues to oversee our construction projects. For an efficient construction process, you'll collaborate closely with our Lean Management Team.
  • Competent point of contact: In addition to communicating and collaborating with other project participants, you will provide advisory support to our calculation team and construction teams.

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a technician or a degree in civil engineering
  • Several years of experience in construction management, especially in structural work (e.g., excavation/earthworks, scaffolding, formwork)
  • Confident handling of construction contracts (VOB)
  • Ideally, user knowledge in a billing and calculation program (e.g., RIB iTWO)
  • Independent and structured working style, team player, and good communication skills
