What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Tendering for shell construction trades for our turnkey projects: You'll handle tenders for shell construction labor and formwork, supporting our projects alongside your colleagues. You'll work closely with our Lean Management team to keep things running smoothly.
  • Expert Contact Person: Besides chatting and collaborating with other project partners, you'll be there to advise our estimating and construction teams.

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a technician or a degree in civil engineering
  • Several years of experience in site management, especially in shell construction trades (e.g., excavation, earthworks, shoring, scaffolding, formwork)
  • Solid handle on construction contracts (VOB)
  • Ideally, experience using billing and estimating software (like RIB iTWO)
  • Independent and organized way of working, a team player, and good communication skills
