Technician / Engineer for Work Preparation (LPH 6) in Shell Construction (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Your Responsibilities
- Tendering for shell construction trades for our turnkey projects: You'll handle tenders for shell construction labor and formwork, supporting our projects alongside your colleagues. You'll work closely with our Lean Management team to keep things running smoothly.
- Expert Contact Person: Besides chatting and collaborating with other project partners, you'll be there to advise our estimating and construction teams.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a technician or a degree in civil engineering
- Several years of experience in site management, especially in shell construction trades (e.g., excavation, earthworks, shoring, scaffolding, formwork)
- Solid handle on construction contracts (VOB)
- Ideally, experience using billing and estimating software (like RIB iTWO)
- Independent and organized way of working, a team player, and good communication skills
