
Technical Sales Manager / Sales Pro with a Master Craftsman Background (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager / Sales Expert with a Master Craftsman background (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Our client is a leader in the construction industry that doesn't just talk about the heating transition—they make it happen. They specialize in heat pump installations and offer customers full-service, all-in-one solutions.
To fuel their growth, they need someone who learned the trade from the ground up but is now ready to flex their muscles in high-level sales. You’re not just a theorist; you’re a technical consultant who speaks the same language as the pros.
💡 Your Mission:
- Technical Consulting: You don’t just sell; you plan projects. You’ll advise demanding private and commercial clients on heat pumps, cascade solutions, and hybrid systems.
- Closing Deals: You’ll lead consultations (from your home office and in the field) and turn inquiries into signed contracts.
- The Link to Installation: Thanks to your Master Craftsman knowledge, you’ll create quotes that actually make sense technically—our installers will thank you for it.
- Brand Ambassador: You’re the face of the company, guiding your projects with technical authority right through to implementation.
✅ What You Bring to the Table (Your Profile):
- Qualifications: You’re a Master Craftsman in HVAC (SHK) or have a similar technical background with plenty of hands-on experience.
- Sales DNA: You love connecting with people and already have experience selling complex systems.
- The "Explainer" Mentality: You can translate complex hydraulic diagrams into benefits that any customer can understand.
- Mindset: You’re done with the daily grind on the construction site, but you want to use your expertise to drive the heating transition forward through sales.
- Communication Skills: You’re a confident, empathetic, and professional communicator, both in person and in writing.
