What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Construction Planner (m/f/d) for projects in the Düsseldorf area on behalf of our client.
- What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be in charge of developing construction workflow concepts and putting them into action.
- You’ll figure out the quantities needed for scheduling and cost estimation.
- You’ll independently create schedules for bids and project execution.
- You’ll handle the planning and optimization of site setups, logistics, and formwork systems.
- You’ll develop and improve construction methods and write up technical reports for specific project needs.
- What you bring to the table
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in a similar role or managing construction sites with a focus on planning and scheduling.
- A solid understanding of relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing/estimation software (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO).
- Experience with time-location software (Tilos) and project management tools (PowerProject, MS Project).
- A proactive attitude and an independent, results-oriented way of working.
