Work planner for special civil engineering (m/f/d), Hamburg
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You're in charge of figuring out quantities for scheduling and cost estimates
- You're responsible for planning and tweaking the site setup and logistics
- You're responsible for coming up with construction workflow concepts and putting them into action for each step
- You'll create bid and execution schedules on your own
- You're in charge of developing and improving construction methods and technical reports for specific project needs
What we're looking for
- A degree in business engineering or civil engineering, or something similar
- Ideally a few years of experience in a similar role and/or managing sites in work prep and scheduling
- Solid skills with MS Office and CAD software, especially AutoCAD and hopefully Revit too
- Good knowledge of project planning software like MS Project or PowerProject
- Experience with billing and estimating programs (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO)
- Team player, motivated, organized, independent, and good with people
