Work Planner in Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Work Planner in Civil Engineering (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- You'll develop construction workflow concepts and be responsible for putting them into action for individual construction phases
- You'll independently create schedule plans for bids and execution
- You'll be in charge of planning the site setup and logistics
- You'll develop and improve construction method concepts for project-specific needs
- You'll plan and optimize the formwork system
- You'll write technical reports for bids and execution
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in construction management, business engineering, or civil engineering (FH/TU) or a similar qualification
- Several years of work experience in a similar role and/or managing construction sites regarding work preparation and scheduling
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the construction field
- BIM and LEAN knowledge is a plus
- Good skills in MS Office as well as in billing and calculation software (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO)
- Knowledge of time-distance planning software (Tilos) and project planning software (PowerProject, MS Project)
- Commitment and an independent, results-oriented way of working
