You'll independently handle the planning and development of technical systems in the field of technical building services. As a Technical System Planner for TGA, you'll turn concepts into concrete, workable planning documents and make sure projects are prepared in a technically clean and structured way. You'll work closely with project management, specialist planners, and external partners, and get actively involved in pushing the designs forward. What's in it for you? * Independently creating and editing technical drawings and planning documents for building services * Developing floor plans, schematic diagrams, circuit diagrams, and detailed drawings for electrical systems * Turning technical concepts into specific planning versions * Creating, checking, and maintaining technical documentation, calculations, and plan versions * Helping out with cost calculations and preparing tender documents * Coordinating with specialist planning offices, project management, site management, and other project partners * Ensuring structured and traceable planning documentation What should you bring to the table? * You work in a structured way, take responsibility for your planning results, and drive technical topics forward on your own. You keep an eye on the big picture and ensure clean and reliable implementation. * Completed training as a Technical System Planner, Technical Drafter, or a similar qualification in building services, electrical engineering, or building technology * Initial or several years of experience in planning or drawing technical systems in the building services sector is a plus * Proficient with CAD programs and good knowledge of MS Office * Structured and careful way of working when creating technical planning documents * Responsible and reliable work ethic * German language skills (written and spoken) for coordinating with project partners and creating technical documentation
