Expert Planner

We’re looking for a Certified Specialist Planner on behalf of our client.

Your Tasks

You’ll handle the engineering side of concrete and structural repairs, from the initial planning phase all the way to site supervision.

• Carrying out concrete technology assessments and putting together repair concepts.
• Coordinating concepts with the client – and coming up with alternatives if needed.
• Calculating costs.
• Planning repair measures based on the agreed-upon concepts.
• Drafting tenders and helping out with the contract awarding process.
• Supervising repair work, including checking invoices.
• Handling the final sign-off – you’ll manage the project from the very first site visit right through to completion.

What we’re looking for

• Certified Specialist Planner for concrete repair.
• Solid knowledge and experience in concrete restoration.
• Experience in repairing civil engineering structures.
• A team player attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High level of commitment and the ability to hold your own.
