Technician / Engineer for Work Preparation (Phase 6) in Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Technician / Engineer for Work Preparation (LPH 6) in Shell Construction (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing

• Tendering for shell construction trades in turnkey projects: You’ll handle tenders for shell construction labor and formwork, supporting projects alongside your teammates. You’ll also work closely with the Lean Management team to keep things running smoothly on site.
• Being the go-to expert: Besides coordinating with other project partners, you’ll act as an advisor for the estimating and construction teams.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a certified Technician.
• Several years of experience in site management, specifically in shell construction trades (e.g., excavation, earthworks, shoring, scaffolding, or formwork).
• A solid understanding of construction contracts (VOB).
• Ideally, experience with billing and estimation software (like RIB iTWO).
• An independent and organized way of working, great teamwork, and strong communication skills.
