What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Solar Installer (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
About our client
Our client is a young, dynamic company actively shaping the energy transition in the region. They focus on planning, installing, and maintaining PV systems, heat pumps, and modern energy management. You can expect flat hierarchies, a startup vibe combined with high-end tech equipment, and a dedicated team working together on sustainable solutions.
Your tasks
· Mounting and installing PV systems on flat and pitched roofs · Laying DC cabling and prepping connections for the electrical team · Installing mounting structures, modules, and safety systems · Helping out with maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls · Working alongside roofing, electrical, and heat pump teams on our all-in-one energy projects · Documenting your work and keeping in touch with project management
Your profile
· Completed training as an electrician, roofer, or a similar trade qualification · Experience in PV installation · Comfortable working on roofs and skilled with tools and measuring devices · Independent and organized way of working, a team player, and reliable · Class B driver’s license · Good German skills (written and spoken)
