We’re looking for a Foreman for Noise Protection (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leader in the construction industry and one of the top providers of noise protection solutions for roads and railways in Germany. For over 35 years, they’ve been supporting customers nationwide—from initial estimates and planning all the way to successful construction! 🌍

Their portfolio includes noise barriers made of various materials like wood, aluminum, reinforced concrete, glass, plastic, and masonry—including all the necessary extra services, of course. 🛠️ We are currently hiring for the Peine and Düsseldorf locations:

Foreman (m/f/d)

Here’s where your skills come in 💡

• ✅ Independently coordinating multiple construction sites • 🤝 Serving as the go-to person on-site for fitters, equipment operators, subcontractors, suppliers, and the local operations manager • ✅ Carrying out site surveys, minor measuring tasks, and staking out • ✅ Creating measurement sheets • ✅ Recording, coordinating, and checking construction work • 🗣️ Leading the team with a motivational touch • ✅ Ensuring timely completion of finished construction projects • 📅 Meeting deadlines and budget goals set by site management • ⚠️ Monitoring and complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations

What you bring to the table 🏗️

• 🎓 Completed technical construction training and a qualification as a certified foreman or master craftsman • 👷 Experience in civil engineering, road construction, or structural engineering—ideally in railway construction • 🚗 Mobility and a team-player attitude • 👷 Ability to work independently and take initiative • 🚗 Willingness to travel within Germany
