Site Manager - Civil Engineering & Road Construction (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering & Road Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

• Take the lead on site and manage construction projects responsibly.
• Help out with bidding, cost estimation, and prep work for new projects.
• Keep the group or department heads in the loop regarding technical stuff and staffing issues.
• Create the working budget for each project.
• Make sure all the gear, machinery, and materials are sourced at the best price and on time.
• Coordinate and keep an eye on engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress on-site and run quality/result checks.
• Handle billing and invoicing using specialized software.
• Check and verify invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead negotiations and advise clients on execution details independently.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a solid technical background in construction.
• Experience in a similar role is a big plus.
• Familiarity with billing and estimation software.
• Solid MS Office skills.
• An independent, dedicated, and motivated way of working.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground.
• Fluent German.
• A Class B driver’s license.
