Site Manager in Special Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

How do you manage complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects as a Special Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d)?

• As a Special Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d), you'll take full charge of leading and managing demanding special civil engineering projects in the Thuringia, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt regions.
• You're responsible for the technical, scheduling, and financial handling of your construction sites.
• Your tasks also include planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction workflows from work prep to successful project handover.
• You'll lead and manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Quality assurance, occupational safety, and environmental protection on-site are part of your job.
• You'll keep an eye on continuous monitoring of costs, deadlines, and performance levels for economically successful project execution.

What do you bring to the table for successful site management in special civil engineering?

• A successfully completed degree in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) or a similar qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d).
• Initial professional experience in site management, ideally in special civil engineering or structural engineering.
• Good knowledge of planning, managing, and handling construction projects.
• Confident use of MS Office applications; knowledge of RIB iTWO (ARRIBA) is a plus.
• Strong technical and economic understanding.
• An independent, structured, as well as solution- and result-oriented way of working.
• A high sense of responsibility and strong decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a talent for organizing.
• Resilience, flexibility, and high commitment even during demanding project phases.
• Willingness to handle and support special civil engineering and structural engineering projects across different regions.
• Class B driver's license is desirable.
