Your Responsibilities

Our client is looking for you as a Site Manager/Network Master (m/f/d) for Gas, Water & Pipeline Construction to strengthen the team in Rendsburg.

• Managing, organizing, and supervising daily construction work in gas, water, and general pipeline construction.
• Technical leadership and scheduling for crews, fitters, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with all technical regulations (e.g., DVGW) as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitoring construction progress and coordinating all workflows, including material planning.
• Technical coordination with project management, customers, network operators, authorities, and internal departments.
• Creating daily construction reports, measurements, pipeline documentation, and paperwork for project billing.
• Supporting calculations, change order management, and billing processes.
• Ensuring smooth construction processes and maintaining all safety and quality standards in your area of responsibility.

Your Skills

• Completed vocational training in pipeline construction, civil engineering, or gas/water supply, with further training as a Network Master, Pipe Network Master, Water Master, Gas Master, Technician, or similar; training as a welding specialist is a plus.
• Experience in independently managing construction sites and crews.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, DVGW regulations, VOB, and all applicable occupational safety rules.
• Strong organizational skills, decisiveness, and assertiveness.
• A hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Class B driver’s license.
