Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for projects in Freiberg/Brand-Erbisdorf on behalf of our client.

YOUR tasks with our client:

• As part of the team, you’ll take full responsibility for challenging and varied construction projects in areas like injection, concrete repair, natural stone restoration, or old mine remediation.
• You’ll handle the planning, management, and monitoring of these projects, keeping an eye on time and budget while coordinating site workflows and the deployment of staff and machinery.
• Acting as the link between public clients, subcontractors, and authorities, you’ll ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met while handling project reports and documentation.

YOUR profile:

• A degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification
• Initial professional experience in site management, ideally in the areas mentioned above
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork, and a friendly attitude
• A willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility, and an independent way of working
• Very good German skills (written and spoken)
• A Class B driver’s license
