What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil and Road Engineering on behalf of our client.
What matters to our client:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or solid training as a Construction Technician (m/f/d)
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in billing and costing software (ideally RIB iTWO)
- Solid MS Office skills
- An independent, dedicated, and motivated way of working
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
Your role:
- Taking full responsibility for managing regional road and civil engineering projects (no overnight travel required)
- Coordinating specialist engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors
- Monitoring construction progress and keeping an eye on project results
- Handling measurements and billing
- Planning personnel and managing equipment and materials
- Managing and pushing through supplementary claims
- Creating and maintaining project cost calculations
