Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Turnkey Projects

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for turnkey construction on behalf of our client.

The Job

• You’ll be in charge of managing and wrapping up turnkey projects.
• You’ll help out with the initial work prep.
• You’ll coordinate subcontractors and keep an eye on their quality and workflow on-site.
• You’ll handle the organization and documentation for the construction site.

What you bring to the table

• A completed qualification as a Foreman, Master Craftsman, or Construction Technician.
• Several years of experience as a Foreman or Site Manager in structural engineering.
• Solid technical know-how.
• Plenty of initiative and the flexibility to travel to sites within a 200 km radius of the office.
• Great communication skills and a real "get-it-done" attitude.
• Good command of MS Office.
