Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) Concrete Repair

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for concrete repair on behalf of our client.

Our client is looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) to join their bridge and concrete repair team as soon as possible. They’re looking for someone who wants to bring their experience to the table and grow with the company long-term.

Your tasks:

• Managing and organizing your assigned construction sites independently—keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines
• Taking responsibility for your site team
• Working closely with engineers, clients, and subcontractors

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a construction technician
• Technical know-how in bridge/concrete repair and site management
• An independent and structured way of working, plus a healthy dose of assertiveness and reliability
