Your area of responsibility

  • Independent site management: You'll manage and lead our mostly regional construction projects in turnkey residential, administrative, industrial, and commercial construction—from procurement planning to coordinating and leading our own staff and subcontractors right through to handing over to the customer.
  • Competent contact person: You'll communicate with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and process management: You'll actively support us in further developing our processes (e.g., BIM).

Your profile

  • Degree in civil engineering / architecture or a comparable qualification as a technician (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in site management for turnkey projects, ideally using agile methods like Lean Construction
  • Valid class B driver's license
  • Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork
  • Independent as well as project- and goal-oriented way of working
