Construction Management Trainee (m/f/d) for Road and Infrastructure Construction

We’re looking for a Trainee Site Manager (m/f/d) in road and transport construction on behalf of our client.

What matters:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Previous experience in road/transport construction is a plus (e.g., through internships or working student roles)
• A confident manner and a proactive, independent way of working
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel within the region
• Business-fluent German skills

Your role at the company:

• Over 15 months, you’ll get involved in various areas and learn the key structures and interfaces of transport construction, including a three-month stint abroad
• From day one, you’ll be part of a successful on-site team, gaining insight into processes like site management, costing, procurement, work preparation, surveying, site support, and quality management
• You’ll be supported by a mentor who will guide you throughout the program and help you map out your future career path
• After successfully finishing the trainee program, the plan is for you to step into a role as a Site Manager (m/f/d) in transport construction
