Junior Site Manager - Industrial Construction (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Junior Site Manager for Industrial Construction (m/f/d) for projects in the Essen area.
Your tasks
- Independently handling and supervising construction projects under framework agreements and projects in the industrial construction division
- Responsible personnel management
- Taking charge of costs, deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
- Coordinating construction partners from technical, contractual, and economic perspectives
What you bring to the table
- A degree in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or technician training
- Initial experience in site management is a plus
- Proficient with general IT applications, especially ARRIBA / RIB ITWO
- A confident manner combined with entrepreneurial qualities
- Negotiation skills and strong communication
- A team-oriented, dedicated way of working
